Hiuvy Digital S.A.S. is the controller of the personal data you share through this website. We process information in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 in Colombia and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Contact details: name, company, email address and phone number that you enter in our contact, free diagnosis and tech stack forms.

Browsing data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and cookies, which we collect automatically with your consent to measure how the site is used.

Communications: the content of the messages, files or information you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

3. What we use your data for

Answering your inquiries, preparing proposals and scheduling meetings when you contact us voluntarily.

Providing the contracted services and support, managing projects, billing and operational communications.

Sending you commercial information about our services only if you have given us your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time. We also use the information to improve the site, measure audiences and prevent misuse.

We apply technical and organizational measures —encryption in transit, access controls, backups and vendor reviews— to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Should a security breach put your rights at risk, we will notify you without undue delay.

10. Minors

This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we detect that we have received information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
